Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker)

Cura Linc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in the Eden Prairie area. This is a work‑site‑based part‑time/contract position (5 hours a week / 20 hours a month). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short‑term solution‑focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company‑related activities, as requested.

• Provides short‑term, solution‑focused coaching and consultation to employees (in person, video, telephonic)
• Leads topical and support groups for employees
• Conducts employee and supervisor EAP training and orientation sessions
• Provides management consultations
• Provides on‑site critical incident response
• Participates in health fairs, open enrollment and health promotion activities
• Promotes the program and ensures program satisfaction

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
• Post‑graduate clinical experience
• Current independent state license to practice
• Current malpractice insurance
• Fundamental understanding of MS Office
• Experience in work‑related issues
• EAP experience preferred
• Experience in trauma
• CEAP a plus
