COGS/Inventory Controller USAC
Solventum, a new healthcare company building on a legacy of solving big challenges, is seeking a COGS/Inventory Controller for its US and Canada operations. The role supports finance, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS) activities across the organization.
Impact You’ll Make in this Role- Coordinating month‑end close activities with cross‑functional teams within finance for US and Canada Inventory and COGS.
- Maintaining financial data integrity and accuracy for the Company’s US and Canadian subsidiaries.
- Preparing for deployment of S/4 for US and Canada and future subsidiary deployments.
- Ensuring compliance with company policy, US GAAP, and SOX controls for Inventory/COGS.
- Partnering with the Global Supply Chain Finance organization to understand inventory movements.
- Working closely with the internal audit team to develop and maintain strong internal controls.
- Partnering with our service provider to ensure compliance with deadlines, processes and metrics.
- Mentoring, training and building a positive team environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of 7 years of finance, accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Expertise equivalent to that obtained in an MBA or graduate degree in finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- Strong SAP and other systems knowledge.

Travel:
May include up to 5% domestic/international.
Applicable to US applicants only: $143,200 – $196,900 per year, inclusive of base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible. Additional benefits include medical, dental & vision, HSA, flexible spending accounts, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences and retirement options.

Responsibilities of this position include compliance with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
