We’re hiring a Cost Accounting Manager to lead global cost accounting and inventory management across multiple manufacturing sites. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering with Operations and Finance to drive financial accuracy, process improvements, and business performance.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a global team of cost accountants
- Oversee cost standards, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, FP&A, and Finance leadership
- Drive automation, system improvements, and process optimization initiatives
- Support audits and inventory control processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 7+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (Oracle preferred), and advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements
