What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and advancing the company’s global transfer pricing strategy. You will partner across Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury teams to ensure compliance, support business initiatives, and provide meaningful insights.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Eden Prairie, MN)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute global transfer pricing compliance activities
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing calculations, analyses, and required documentation
• Partner with global cross‑functional teams to establish, monitor, and maintain intercompany charges
• Support tax modeling and forecasting
• Assist with global transfer pricing audits
• Develop a strong understanding of enterprise‑wide financial systems
• Collaborate with tax team members on domestic and international projects
• Research and advise on transfer pricing implications for business actions
• Manage and mentor professional staff and/or supervisors

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in a Fortune 500 finance/tax department or public accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA and/or MBT
• Direct Transfer Pricing experience
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written communication and quantitative analysis abilities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
