Primary Responsibilities- Ensuring transfer pricing compliance activities are completed timely and accurately
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing calculations and analysis
- Working closely with global Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal and Tax teams to establish, monitor and maintain intercompany charges for cross-border transactions
- Assisting with tax modeling & forecasting
- Supporting global transfer pricing audits
- Developing thorough knowledge of Company’s enterprise-wide financial accounting and reporting systems
- Working closely with other members of the Tax Department to support domestic and/or international tax projects as needed
This position will prepare and maintain the organization’s transfer pricing analyses and documentation; work with international, federal, and state agencies on tax audits; research, analyze and advise on transfer pricing implications resulting from proposed organizational actions; and manage and be accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or comparable education
- 6+ years of experience working in a Fortune 500 finance department, tax department, or public accounting firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- CPA and/or MST preferred
- Transfer Pricing experience
- Working knowledge and solid ability to apply accounting concepts
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven attention to detail with solid organizational skills
- Proven solid writing and quantitative skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
