Civil Project Engineer – Regional Sewer & Water

Bolton & Menk invites a Project Engineer, PE to join our Regional Sewer & Water Services team in the Twin Cities Metro. With over 75 years of experience, we deliver community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond.

• Assist the RSWS team with preliminary planning, design and construction phase activities on infrastructure projects.
• Research and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develop plans and specifications, prepare quantity take-off estimates and project cost estimates.
• Hold informational meetings to explain construction impacts to clients and residents.
• Perform construction administration duties including general oversight, progress meetings, submittal review, contract change documents, pay applications and contractor interaction.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in municipal or infrastructure design.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Proficient in CAD and design software (AutoCAD Civil3D, Micro Station).
• Valid driver’s license. Travel to facilities and job sites may be required.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.
