Staff Accountant

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturer that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety in their day and is looking to build on their experience in a team-oriented environment.

• Competitive pay, offering between $60,000 to $80,000 salary

• Handling day-to-day AP/AR transactions
• Preparing and distributing customer invoices
• Posting cash receipts and monitoring outstanding balances
• Supporting inventory entries within the accounting system
• Assisting with monthly close and account reconciliations
• Providing audit support and financial documentation
• Contributing to ad hoc projects as the business evolves

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field—or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in an accounting support role (AP/AR, general ledger, etc.)
• Excel savvy and has utilized accounting systems (Great Plains experience is a bonus)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
