You’ll play a hands‑on role in daily accounting operations, including:

• Managing accounts payable and supporting accounts receivable
• Creating and sending customer invoices
• Following up on past‑due accounts
• Entering and applying customer cash receipts
• Processing inventory receiving within the accounting system
• Supporting month‑end close activities
• Assisting with annual financial audit documentation
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Participating in special projects and process enhancements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable working onsite in a team‑oriented environment

• $60,000-$80,000 base salary
• Up to 5% performance‑based bonus
