O365​/Information Systems Solutions Expert

We are seeking an O365 / Information Systems Solutions Expert with a strong passion for technological innovation and modern collaboration tools within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, integrated, and user‑centric business applications that enable digital transformation and process automation. You will work closely with global IT and business teams to create solutions that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and data security across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain intranet and collaborative applications built on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, integrating tools such as Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop custom automations and integrations using Python, Power Shell, Graph API, and SharePoint REST technologies.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of information system architectures within the Microsoft Azure environment (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Function Apps, Web Apps, Dev Ops).
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance according to ISO 27001 and Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate external systems (BI, project management, ERP, and workflow tools) within the O365 environment to ensure data consistency and seamless interoperability.
• Monitor platform updates, assess new Microsoft 365 features, and proactively enhance existing solutions.
• Provide Level 3 ITIL support, maintaining full technical documentation and promoting internal knowledge sharing.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for adoption and solution effectiveness, proposing continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure technical deliverables meet expectations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an international or industrial context.
• Strong full‑stack development skills, including Python scripting, Power Shell, and Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).
• Proven experience integrating APIs and developing low‑code solutions.
• Solid understanding of information system architectures and best practices in solution design.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a focus on building secure, scalable solutions.
• Team‑oriented, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
