Food Quality & Safety, Quality Technician/ Inspector
As a QA Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Driving high-quality product and packaging standards
- Conducting compliance checks on finished products, raw materials, and packaging
- Performing gas, pH, weight, label, and sensory testing
- Preparing samples for chemical and microbiological analysis
- Assisting with corrective actions following non-conformances
- Conducting allergen, CCP, and production compliance checks
- Performing environmental swabbing, water testing, and temperature monitoring
- Supporting production teams to ensure adherence to food safety and quality procedures
- Attending and contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly meetings

Qualifications- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within food manufacturing
- Good understanding of BRC regulations, HACCP, and food safety legislation
- Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, Level 1/2 HACCP (preferred but not essential)
