Job Description:

As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, social media management, website optimisation, and campaign development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our Sales Team, analyse performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to maximise our marketing ROI.

Responsible for posting regular updates on social media, campaigns, updating the website and advertising for the business. You will be passionate about promoting the business and brand awareness and being able to work under pressure with a growing Sales Team.

Job Duties:

Post regular blogs

Work towards a marketing budget

Design and develop the company brand

Videography

Job Posting

Design tender presentations

Creative design

Creative writing

Management of our Marketing campaign

Lead the day-to-day marketing activity and team and ensure moving parts of our operation function together to deliver results planning, reporting, and reviewing

Daily social media updates on Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and Instagram.

Update and Maintain Website regularly.

Assist with training as required.

Assist the general sales office.

Management of campaign planning, reporting, and reviewing
