Production Operator

Vibe Recruit are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-focused individuals to join our client as Manufacturing Operatives in Blackwood area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery in line with SOPs and work instructions
• Conduct visual and physical quality checks to ensure product excellence
• Accurately complete production and batch records
• Handle raw materials and chemicals safely and efficiently
• Load/unload goods and support general warehouse duties
• Keep a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the workspace
• Report equipment issues and assist with factory maintenance
• Support continuous improvement and safe working practices

Shift Patterns

3-Shift Pattern

• Week 1:
  Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm
• Week 2:
  Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am
• Week 3:
  Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm

Salary:

Starting salary: 27,474.30

30,313.22 p.a. (incl. shift allowance) once fully trained + Benefits

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A team player with a "can do" attitude
• Detail-oriented with a good eye for quality
• Comfortable learning new skills on the job
• Able to communicate effectively and confidently raise concerns

Essential:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Basic IT skills
• Previous experience in manufacturing (e.g., plastics, printing, automotive)
• Health & Safety qualifications such as IOSH
