Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors play a vital role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While the position does not require lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.

• Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and foster engagement within the classroom
• Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
