Customer Service Administrator

Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for two temporary Customer Services Administrators to join a busy Customer Services team on a 6-month temporary contract.

This role will suit candidates with strong administrative and IT skills, a high level of attention to detail, and confidence working with data. You will be supporting the use of SAP, which is due to be newly installed in 2026, making this a great opportunity to gain experience with a major system implementation.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

Salary: 12.21 per h

Location: Blackwood

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry and maintenance within SAP and other systems

• Providing administrative support to the Customer Services team

• Ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail at all times

• Assisting with system-related processes and updates

• General administrative and customer service duties as required

About You:

• Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems

• SAP experience desirable, but not essential

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Well organised and able to manage data effectively

• A reliable team player with good communication skills
