Customer Specialist/Delivery – HOM Furniture

We’re looking for a Customer Specialist/Delivery to drive a straight truck along daily delivery routes and provide outstanding service to our customers with furniture assembly, delivery, and post‑delivery support.

• Drive a straight truck along daily delivery routes.
• Deliver customers’ furniture, including assembly and installation when required.
• Inspect furniture for flaws or damage and report issues.
• Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with Customer Care.
• Inspect and clean the company vehicle to maintain presentation and functionality.
• Unpackage, assemble, and prepare furniture for transport; ensure protective wrapping and proper tying down.
• Inspect furniture for damage and flaws as part of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be working toward or have a high‑school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass a DOT Medical Physical.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lb individually and up to 300 lb as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for sustained periods, and occasionally ascend/descend ladders and stairs.
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; must be 21 or older.
