Regional Sales Manager – Western U.S.

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of LDPI within your territory – developing new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You’ll work directly with distributors, contractors, and end-users to provide tailored lighting solutions, deliver product demonstrations and training, and represent LDPI at trade shows and industry events.
Please note that this is approximately 25-35% travel with this position.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional
• Industrial or technical sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with travel and technically proficient with Microsoft Office and other CRM tools

This role offers two distinct paths for success:

• On-Site:
  Work from our headquarters in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where you’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team and gain hands‑on experience with our products and operations.
• Remote:
  For the right candidate, we’re open to a remote arrangement within the Western U.S. territory – ideal locations include Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, or Southern California.
