Job Details

This position is for a motivated individual with at least two years of sales and service experience, preferably within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills and a commitment to providing value-added services that protect clients and strengthen relationships. Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Direct supervision of personal lines staff across multiple offices
• Implementing agency systems, policies, and procedures
• Driving process improvements through technology and innovative solutions
• Providing technical expertise to staff, including customer interactions and workflows within the EPIC system
• Fostering new business opportunities within the Personal Lines department, including cross-selling, up-selling, and strategic partnerships
