Sales Team Member

As a Sales Team Member, you guide guests, create inspiration, and ensure they leave with the styles that reflect their lives.

• Deliver world‑class service and delight guests.
• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer, maintaining a welcoming presence.
• Accurately process sales orders, adhere to cash handling protocols, and help with credit applications and financing.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Assist with store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including participation in bi‑annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning with KPIs and performance standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Legally authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to – charged up by interacting with others.
• Ability to convey information clearly and inspire action.
• Excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas.
