As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you ll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents and passion for technology, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base pay with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off: no less than 40 hours per year in the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave as required by state law if applicable.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
