Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by XX8.00/hour.** - # suites/labs: 2.

- #cases per day on average: 6.

- Common diagnoses/Types of patients:
Coronary procedures, IR procedures, Vascular procedures. No EP done in Eau Claire.

- Job Duties RN's sedate, monitor, and circulate cases. RN's not required to scrub.

- Experience or 'Must have' skills:
Sedation experience and reversal knowledge, experience with cardiac drips and medications.

- EMR/Equipment:
Cerner and Merge.

- Cardiologist hours/on call:
Evenings and weekends. 10 days per month we are on Stemi divert due to cardiology coverage. IR call coverage is 10 days per month with only 1 IR provider.

- Manager/Charge Nurse:
Sara Sandley
- Manager, Charge Nurse (Board runner)-Natalie or Jessica.

- Cath Lab Techs:
Tech's scrub, monitor, circulate.

- Shifts & Scheduling:  Mon-Thur.

- Weeknight/Call Requirements:
On-call M-Th .

- Weekend/Call Requirements:
On-call Fri, Sat, Sun .

- Holiday/Call Requirements:
As needed for coverage.

- What is call response time?: 30 min.

- Floating Requirements:
Occasional 1:1 sitter help.

- Scrub Color/Dress Code:
Scrubs are provided by the hospital, light blue.

- Unit/Department specific orientation: CBT's assigned on day 1 to be completed in the first week. Orientation binder to be checked off.
* MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
