Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) located in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin Area. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care to patients in a variety of clinical settings, including pre-operative evaluations, administering anesthesia during surgical or medical procedures, and monitoring post-anesthesia recovery. They will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality and patient-centered care.
The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, maintaining accurate records, and participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of anesthesia administration, monitoring, and related procedures
- Expertise in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and individualized care planning
- Competency in using advanced medical equipment and technology for anesthesia
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
- Holds a valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and current state licensure
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
- Prior CRNA experience or relevant clinical training is preferred
