• Operate and maintain low-pressure boilers and related equipment
• Monitor systems to ensure safe and efficient performance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed
• Lead annual tear down, cleaning, and assembly of boilers
• Work independently and as part of a team to support facility operations
• Operate heavy equipment such as pay loaders

• High school diploma or GED
• Minnesota 1st Class C Boilers License or higher
• 4+ years of experience as a 1st class C Boiler Operator
• Experience troubleshooting low-pressure boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and water treatment systems
• Ability to read schematics, prints, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues

• Flexibility when working with frequently changing priorities
• A willingness to learn and grow in your role
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
