Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end‑to‑end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Eau Claire facility is seeking Manufacturing Operators to support manufacturing production.
Temporary Opportunity (November to February)This role is temporary and not benefit eligible.
WageAnticipated starting wage is $18.00 per hour.
Shift Options- First Shift: 8 hours 7am-3pm Monday through Friday
- Third Shift: 8 hours 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday
- Run and be knowledgeable about the injection molding presses. Keep pace/time with the rate pad printers, assembly machines or any other operation related machinery.
- Perform visual, in‑process, and final inspection of parts per quality criteria, checking for defects.
- Navigate files and locate documents with a computer.
- Trim and package parts according to customer standards.
- Communicate status of jobs to the previous and following shift and share information with Technicians about problems or process variations.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
- Medical manufacturing experience.
This role does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship. In order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible for an export authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
