Candidate must be willing to train in Minneapolis metro area for 2-3 weeks.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinic Director to lead one of our Livea Centers. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, team development, and customer experience management within a cash-pay, med-spa style environment.
The ideal candidate is a natural salesperson and relationship-builder with experience in wellness, aesthetics, fitness, or medical retail. You are energized by driving revenue, coaching others, and creating a client experience that inspires trust, loyalty, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for both nutrition and medical services
- Lead and coach a team to achieve sales goals in GLP-1 medical weight-loss programs
- Lead and coach a team to achieve sales goals in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT, TRT)
- Lead and coach a team to achieve sales goals in IV therapy & wellness injections (NAD+, LIPO B-12, MIC, etc.)
- Lead and coach a team to achieve sales goals in Nutritional supplements and ancillary wellness products
- Own center-level revenue performance and implement strategies to exceed monthly targets
- Deliver high-quality consultations using solution-based, client-centric selling
- Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate program value
Marketing, Outreach & Community Engagement
- Proactively canvass local businesses, gyms, corporate partners, and community organizations to grow referral networks
- Represent Livea at community events and seek out local marketing opportunities
- Support center-level social media visibility through posting, engagement, and client storytelling
- Build strong relationships with clients that generate referrals, reviews, and long-term loyalty
Center Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team focused on client outcomes and sales success
- Hold staff accountable to KPIs, outreach expectations, and exceptional client service
- Create a positive, energetic environment aligned with Livea’s culture and service standards
- Ensure daily operational excellence, including scheduling, day-building, inventory, and compliance
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in a sales-driven role, preferably in med-spa, fitness, medical retail, wellness, aesthetics, or similar cash-pay environments
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Leadership experience in coaching, performance management, and team accountability
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with technology, EMR systems, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
- High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients improve their health
- Ability to work some evenings or weekends based on center needs
