The Market President will provide leadership and direction for all Eau Claire market banking and community engagement activities. This role involves managing market activities to ensure profitability and alignment with shareholder expectations, handling high-value and complex credits, fostering an equitable and welcoming environment, and representing the Bank’s civic leadership through community involvement.
