Exciting opportunity to join the "new" Springhill Suites by Marriott Eau Claire as our Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations, manages housekeeping staff (hiring, training, scheduling), ensures high cleanliness standards in rooms and common areas through inspections, manages inventory of supplies, handles guest requests/complaints, maintains safety compliance, and reports to management, aiming to provide a clean, comfortable environment for guests or occupants in hotels, hospitals, or facilities.

• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff (room attendants, laundry, public areas).
• Quality Control: Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Task Delegation: Assign daily tasks and cleaning duties to staff.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, order, and manage cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring resolution.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, proper chemical use, and company policies (like ADA).
• Maintenance Coordination: Report damages and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Reporting: Prepare reports for management on department performance and operations.

Full Time | Weekends | Preferred Marriott Brand Experience or other hotel experience. Customer Service, Hospitality, Cleaning, Leadership.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.

$18 Hourly
