Analyze skin, consult and educate patients on skin care treatments and medical grade products, not limited to Facials, Chemical peels (light – med. depth), Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Microneedling (semi ablative), PRP, light based therapies, laser treatments (semi ablative), and other skin care services. Collaborate with physicians and develop medical skin care and laser/injectable patient care plans. Provide excellent standard of aesthetic services, while ensuring patient safety & comfort in a clinic setting.
Correspondence with patients regarding treatment plan product usage, questions and concerns via patient portal. Compliance with Mayo Clinic Health System Joint Commission treatment room and instrument sanitation & sterilization standards. Responsible for inventory of all esthetic supplies. Monitors equipment to ensure proper operation and maintains equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Responsible for safeguarding & maintaining patient medical records required by HIPPA using clinical EMR system.
Participates / stays up to date with training requirements. Collaborates/assists in all Dermatology Cosmetic operations/marketing efforts to grow surgical and non‑surgical services provided. Other duties as assigned.
WI Aesthetician licensure required. High School Diploma required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician required. Maintain a valid Aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Incumbent must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Computer literacy is required and must have ability to manage a computer‑based schedule. Incumbent must be proficient with a variety of technical office equipment.
Incumbent must be able to demonstrate a calm, caring, and helpful manner in handling difficult situations with patients, e.g. angry, upset, or just concerned about their health. Incumbent must be adaptable/flexible in a changing work environment, which may require upgrading skills. State Licensed Cosmetologist/Aesthetician required.

Compensation DetailEducation, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.; $23.42 – 33.79 / hour;
