Manufacturing Program Engineer, Costing & DFM

• End‑to‑end technical leadership for product development initiatives— from concept to full production—with a focus on delivery and quality.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with planning, design, supply chain, and operations to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• NPI leadership: act as the liaison between design engineering and operations for new launches; manage manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation.
• Costing and quotations: develop cost models, process routings, and competitive quotes; communicate pricing and delivery timing to meet target gross margins.
• Project controls: maintain schedules, prepare technical specifications, and present status reports to stakeholders.
• Performance tracking: monitor milestones, risks, and KPIs; provide consistent progress updates.
• Continuous improvement: champion best practices that streamline execution and accelerate launch readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or related discipline.
• 2+ years in project engineering (or similar) within a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and practical application.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team‑based environments.
• Experience with project management software and engineering toolsets.
• Analytical, detail‑driven, and adept at solving complex problems.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
