Qualifications- 3 or more years of field service technician experience
- 3 or more years of experience in water treatment (or related fields such as paper industry, low/high‑pressure boilers, wastewater, or cooling tower treatment)
- Education in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Must reside within a 2‑hour drive of Eau Claire/Wausau territory or SE MN territory
- Must be able to travel 3+ hours per day within the service territory
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, and excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities independently
- Solid work history with a track record of success

- Maintain and grow customer relationships by partnering with plant operators, engineers, and managers.
- Visit industrial and commercial facilities daily to monitor and optimize water systems.
- Run complex water tests, troubleshoot equipment, and apply innovative solutions to keep systems operating at peak performance.
- Use new technology and automation tools to track performance, deliver results, and document services accurately.
- Manage a service territory, requiring daily travel within a 2‑3 hour radius of your home base.
- Actively support continuous improvement and expand technical knowledge through uncapped continuing education opportunities.
Base Pay is $70,000. No relocation. Full‑time. Full benefits.
