Job Description:

** Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
** is seeking a
** BC/BE Anesthesiologist
** to join our growing practice. This position would also provide lead support to the team. This position will work closely with regional and service line leadership to ensure smooth operations, high-quality patient care, and provide other administrative support.

The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice and lead as part of the Anesthesia team. This position provides medical direction to CRNAs and self-performs general and regional anesthesia. Cases are performed at MMC-EC and the attached surgical center.
** Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1

Bs (cap exempt organization).
**** Compensation and Benefits
*** Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
* In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)
* 10 weeks of time off inclusive of vacation, holidays, and CME
* CME annual allowance
