Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment. This role is responsible for installing new machinery, performing routine preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and supporting equipment upgrades. The Maintenance Technician may also assist with removing outdated equipment and training staff on proper operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while minimizing equipment downtime.

• Inspect and maintain production equipment
• Utilize PPM schedules and coordinate repair or replacement of faulty equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely and safe manner
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Assist with removal and installation of equipment
• Maintain accurate records for paperwork and spare parts
• Provide technical support and training on new equipment
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and performance standards

• Proven experience as a Mechanical/Electrical Technician
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn on the job

• Experience working with printing machines

Shift: 2nd (1:30pm-9:00pm)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
