Circle BMW is offering a great opportunity for experienced Client Advisors interested in delivering an excellent customer experience to our terrific client base. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in customer servce, sales performance, and consistent in meeting top-ranked sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and well-organized sales professional with great closing, communication and customer relation sills. BMW Brand experience is preferred.
Job Purpose- Promote and sell BMW products: new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, service, and BMW-sponsored events
- Offer highest level of customer service
- Contribute to Circle BMW’s gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Build and maintain long-term, one-to-one relationship with Circle BMW Clients
- Serve as the first point of contact between the client and Circle BMW
- Anticipate clients’ long-term vehicle and service needs throughout the client’s relationship with Circle BMW
- Promote BMW standards for superior client, employee, and Circle BMW center management
