We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify.

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver excellent guest service and operational excellence.
• Take the lead to tackle problems and seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Compensation:
Wendy’s Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
