Crew Manager

White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant, is looking for friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service, motivating and leading the team, operating the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and running the fryer/griddle.

• Organize shifts and staff schedules.
• Handle cash, credit, and drive‑thru transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Motivate, train, and evaluate the team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Operate the fryer/griddle and other kitchen equipment.

Competitive weekly pay starting at $19.50‑$24.90 per hour, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience. Annual holiday bonus is available depending on company financials.
