Marketplace Order Entry Representative

About The Role Climb Channel Solutions is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a data entry position with the Marketplace Orders Team. The Marketplace Order Entry Representative is responsible for accurate order entry, data management, and providing exceptional customer support. This role works closely with the order services and internal sales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience for our reseller partners.

• Utilize internal systems and vendor marketplaces to process sales orders.
• Build knowledge of product lines to meet vendor requirements and standards.
• Communicate with sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Perform customer service tasks and provide support to our reseller partners.
• Investigate order-related issues, identify root causes, and work with internal teams or vendors to resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.

• Entry-level; no prior industry experience required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) preferred but not required.
