This is an on-site role for a Loan Officer at PRMG s Red Bank, NJ location. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and managing residential mortgage loan applications. Duties include consulting with clients to determine their mortgage needs, collecting and analyzing financial information, advising clients on suitable loan options, and guiding them through the application process. The role also involves maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and providing clients with exceptional service throughout the loan lifecycle.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, loan structuring, and understanding of mortgage products
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and industry compliance standards
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple loan applications efficiently
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency with loan origination software and familiarity with digital tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
• State-specific mortgage loan originator (MLO) license required
