About the POSITION:
A long-standing, multi-specialty neighborhood practice with a strong and steadily growing patient base is seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice in a modern, team-oriented environment that is supported by the resources and stability of one of the region’s largest dental care providers.
Position Highlights:- Full-time
- Must have 5+ years of clinical experience
- Work with a diverse, established patient base in a supportive, collaborative setting
Required:
- Comprehensive Exams
- Diagnosis
- Treatment Planning
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and long-term oral health maintenance
- Collaborate with staff to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are executed with precision
- Mentor and support associate doctors in patient care and treatment approaches
- Prescribe medications as necessary
- Accurately document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations
- DDS or DMD degree required
- Current, active NJ Dental License
- CDS and DEA licenses
- Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in a dental practice
- Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to lead a large multi-specialty practice
- Competitive salary: $240,000 – $350,000
