Loaner Car Agent

Overview

The award-winning Service Department at Circle BMW is seeking a friendly individual to join their team. This position greets service customers, handles cashier duties, coordinates loaner car transactions, escorts customers to their courtesy vehicle in the service drive, schedules appointments, and provides administrative support. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are required. A professional attitude and attire are expected.

This is a part-time position with the following hours:
Mon–Thu 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Follows required cashier administrative procedures and offers the highest level of customer service.
• Creates service appointments/opportunities for the dealership through interactions with clients via phone, email, and postal mail.
• Ensures all service customers needing a loaner vehicle have one provided.
• Makes sure processes and procedures are efficient and convenient for each customer.
• Monitors and maintains the center’s loaner fleet using ATMS.

• Greets, welcomes, and directs service customers.
• Notifies service and/or other appropriate personnel of customers’ arrival.
• Provides administrative support.
• Receives payment for service and parts transactions.
• Maintains security and record of funds collected.
• Protects clients’ personal information.
• Place outbound calls to customers to schedule service appointments.
• Provide lunch for any customers waiting through lunch if they so desire.
• Coordinate customer in/out process with proper use agreement by completing loaner vehicle delivery to customer and validating customer credentials (driver’s license, credit card, etc.).
