Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in management for medical claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in service, leadership, and building relationships.

We offer 5 sick days, 2 weeks of vacation and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is friendly, easygoing, and laid-back — we all get along well and create a welcoming environment for both team members and customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Camille Kiste - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
