Job Details

We are looking to recruit two Early Years Practitioners for Eastwood Day Nursery. You will be responsible to the Day Nursery Manager and Team Leaders in supporting the development and learning of children aged 8 weeks to 5 years. You will be part of a dynamic team of practitioners committed to the delivery of high-quality early years’ care and education in partnership with parents and carers.

• Support the development and learning of children aged 8 weeks to 5 years under the direction of the Day Nursery Manager and Team Leaders.
• Be part of a dynamic team of practitioners committed to delivering high-quality early years care and education in partnership with parents and carers.

• NNEB certificate, NVQ level 3 or BTEC in Child Care (2-year course) or equivalent childcare level 3 qualification
• Knowledge of the EYFS
• Good communication skills with an ability to record and report on children’s progress in writing and verbally
• Experience of working with children aged 0-5 years
