Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area, resolve member issues, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies;
Assist with securing Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety practices;
Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, and program rollout training;
Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners to complete tasks, prioritize deadlines, and drive process improvements
