Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with company policies by handling returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and identifying needs, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Maintains self-checkout area, resolves member issues, promotes Sam's Club products and services, guides on self-service technology, processes purchases and payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assists with securing and safeguarding assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining documentation, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring safety compliance;
Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, delivering training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities
