Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) — 13-week local contract in Easton, PA. Join a collaborative perioperative team supporting thoracic surgery, surgical pathology, pediatric PACU/OR and more. Ideal for perioperative RNs and surgical nurses seeking Pennsylvania nursing jobs in the Lehigh Valley area.

• Location: Easton, PA 18042 (Lehigh Valley / Northampton County)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Local Contract, W2)
• Start Date: March 30, 2026 (or March 16, 2026)
• Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (6:30 AM–5:00 PM)
• On-Call: 1 weekend per month; 1–2 nights per week
• Holiday Call: 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Local Contract (W2)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $90.21/hour
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,420–$2,550/week

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative nursing preferred)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and sterile technique
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills
• Willingness and ability to participate in on-call rotation, including nights and holidays

• Provide direct perioperative patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and multidisciplinary surgical teams across specialties (Thoracic, Pediatric OR, Surgical Pathology, Sub-Acute, Pediatric PACU)
• Maintain a sterile operating room environment and adhere to infection prevention protocols
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and intervene or escalate appropriately
• Accurately document all aspects of perioperative care in the medical record
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation and support coverage needs for the surgical unit
