We are seeking a Quality Management:
Project Manager to join our team. You'll lead supplier quality initiatives, oversee rigorous inspection protocols, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements across our adjustable desks, monitor arms, and POS solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading PPAP, First Article Inspections (FAI), and supplier qualification processes
• Managing incoming inspection plans and supplier corrective actions
• Implementing PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, and ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Driving structured problem-solving (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, FMEA) across functions
• Supporting validation testing and final product performance checks
• Mentoring junior engineers and quality techs, and delivering quality training
• Driving quality metrics and KPIs like defect rates, PPM, and customer returns
• Participating in CAPA, audit prep, and warranty failure analysis
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in quality engineering (automotive, aerospace, or machining environments strongly
preferred)
• Hands-on experience with PPAP, FAI, supplier audits, and ISO 9001
• Strong GD&T knowledge and mechanical inspection skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QMS/ERP systems a plus
• Certifications such as Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), CQE, or CQA are a bonus
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel 10-15% to domestic and international suppliers
