Rock Steady Boxing is an evidence‑based program to support those diagnosed and living with Parkinsons. Our coaches teach clients non‑contact boxing fundamentals, and evaluate clients' health and fitness levels. Join our encouragement mission and we will lead you into a role that will change lives and change your own as you go on this journey. We will provide all of the necessary training to the right applicant.

• Encourage participants to develop sustainable habits and consistency
• Coach and encourage participants during exercises and routines
• Help participants improve their class delivery by communicating with them and assisting with follow‑up
• Adapt class instructions and content to address participant needs
• Understand participants' needs and develop class exercises to address those expectations
• Demonstrate proper form and technique
• Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients
• Ensure that fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
