For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $89,600.00-$ per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What Do You Do Every Day?- Become a trusted advisor with assigned Electrical Contractors, Channel Partners, Consultants, and End Users across several market segments to influence and guide the design of small to large, complex electrical distribution systems in a given
- Solution sales comprised of merchandised (into stock) and Low Voltage Distribution, Medium Voltage, Motor Control, Power Switching, Digital Power, Automation, Services and Power Monitoring
engineered-to-order equipment used to distribute, monitor and control a customer’s electrical network. - Interpret electrical plans

, terms and conditions to develop winning proposals to clientele. - Drive market strategy and demand generation through multi-layered account plans. Actively engages and manages channel partners to increase likelihood of sales success for Schneider Electric target accounts.
- Exceed sales and profitability metrics to assist in achieving Schneider Electric’s ambitions for growth in assigned market.
- Connect Electrical Contractors and Channel Partners to cutting-edge offers, applications and tools to help them achieve their commercial goals.
- Consult with Channel Management, Branch Management, Outside Salespeople, Quotations, Inside Sales, Contractor, Facility Engineers, Executives, Purchasing, Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and Design Build Electrical Contractors to bring awareness of Schneider Electric innovations to market.
- Work with internal teams of Inside Sales Specialists, Quotation Specialists, Project managers, Channel Managers, Account Managers, Business Development, Services, Strategic Accounts, Industrial Automation Specialists, Consulting Engineering Specialists, Offer Management, Price Managers, and Supply Chain to deliver solutions that solve customer needs.
- The Individual will assist with the tactical execution of operational plans to drive the enablement of channel partners to realize growth targets by implementing sales plans, national/local promotions, training programs (online, self-paced, BOOST, Edge, etc.), and inventory planning. This role helps drive both strategic design and tactical execution of mutual goals.
- Create and develop growth-oriented business plans (JGPA/Targeting) with channel partners for acquisition and existing accounts. Gain agreement, establishing measures of performance to drive mutual accountability.
