Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
