University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMMS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no call requirements, perfect for those passionate about women’s health and seeking work‑life balance within a mission‑driven, community‑focused environment.

Job Description

Outpatient‑based full‑scope women’s health role with responsibilities that include:

  • Performing annual well‑woman exams and routine screenings
  • Managing contraceptive counseling and care
  • Addressing common gynecologic concerns
  • Providing patient education and preventive care
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented clinic setting with access to specialty support and system‑wide clinical resources

Qualifications
  • Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required
  • Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in women’s health or primary care is preferred
  • New graduates with a strong passion for women’s health and patient advocacy will be considered
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required
  • Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required
  • Experience preferred, not required
  • DEA and CDS eligible
  • Preferred experience in midwifery
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
Compensation
  • Pay Range: $123,250 – $141,950 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider)
  • Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours
