RN - TELE

3x12 hour shifts, from 19:00 to 07:30, with every other weekend required.

The Tele RN will provide nursing care in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of patients, including those with complex multi-diagnoses. The candidate will work in a unit with a maximum volume census, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care is delivered to adult and geriatric patients.

• Manage up to 6 patients with lower acuity.
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with telemetry monitoring and management of cardiac drips.
• Provide pre and post-operative care for cardiac and neurosurgery patients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a telemetry or critical care setting.
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• CPI certification (to be completed on-site during orientation).
