Ratio: 1:5-6 (w/ lower acuity)
License/certs: MD RN, BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI (onboarding on-site)
Weekends: every other weekend required; 4 weekends in a 4 schedule cycle per contract
Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled
Floating: required within the specialty and lower acuity as needed, including sister SRH facility - Chestertown as needed (typically rare)
On-Call: not required

Patient Diagnoses:
Chest Pain, Abd pain, UTI, Renal (peritoneal dialysis on unit), and trauma/ortho
Unit Details:
Observation unit with quick turnover; peritoneal dialysis exchanges are initiated by dialysis nurses - RNs on the unit responsible for clamping/unclamping and documentation of exchanges

Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 59.81 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 41.81 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $ 2,153.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 648.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 1,505.00 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $ 27.00 Per Hour Hours per week: $ 36.00 Hours
